BIRDWATCHING – Warblers, woodpeckers and many other varieties abound at this time of year. Listen for the sound of the first loons to find their way back to the North woods, the drumming of the grouse and of course the white throated sparrow. You will find a bird feeder at each cabin and a jar of sunflower seeds to entice our flying friends.

FISHING - The best fishing for Lake Trout and Northern occur in the spring while bass and walleye will continue biting throughout the summer. We carry a full line of tackle as well as leeches and crawlers. Each guest is provided with a lake map marked with our special fishing spots.

MOOSE ANTLER HUNTING - This is a favorite of ours in spring, and the best thing of all – No Bugs!	WILDLIFE - There are lots of new babies in the woods, see if you can catch a glimpse of some. Last year’s moose calves have been sent out to fend for themselves and they seem to wander around looking lost while the new calves keep very close to mama.
